Kowalczyk, Kenneth Andrew Kowalczyk, Melanie Kowalczyk, Therese Kowalczyk, Stephen Kowalczyk, Allison Kowalczyk, Sydney Kowalczyk, Bailey Kowalczyk and Riley Kowalczyk; his great grandchildren, Ava DeTora, Jay Willmes, Jr., Thomas J. Baldwin, IV, Everett Baldwin and George Schmied; his stepgrandsons, Benjamin, Owen and William Trela; his brother Joseph M. Kowalczyk (Cynthia); his nephew Joseph M. Kowalczyk, Jr. (Danielle); his niece Kristen Bailey (Mark); his parents-in-law, Gary Dumas (Jane), Donald Dumas and Thomas Dumas (Martha); his grandson Christopher Kowalczyk, Jr.; his nephew Mark Kowalczyk; and his sister-in-law Kathy Dumas.
On account of the present Covid pandemic, services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
