She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Lonczak, Ann Burnett (William) and Eileen Ferraro; her daughter-in-law Nancy Potaczala; her grandchildren, Michael Potaczala (Nancy), Brian Potaczala (Jennifer), Patrick Potaczala (Jennifer), Crystal Dorn (Timothy), Bill Burnett (Jennifer), Monika Sereday (Bobby), Christine Favale (Chester), John Burnett, Jeffrey Lonczak (Becki) and Nicole Gulla (Michael); her great grandchildren, Marissa, Christopher, Brianna, Hailey, Will, Robert of Hunter, C. J., Christa, John, Rachelle, Ryan, Samantha, Austin, Levi, Frances, Brooke and Adisyn; and her sister-in-law Irene Green. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
