Gertrude Rita Barringer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gertrude Rita Barringer of Sherman, New York, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on October 3, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, John McDonald and Elizabeth Maleski McDonald; her husband Ivan Merle Barringer Sr.; her children, Paul Barringer, Ivan Merle Barringer Jr., Audrey Barringer and Susan Barringer; and her siblings, Frances Buska, Betty Hugg, Mary Oliveri and Ed McDonald.
She is survived by : her son Gary Barringer (Susan) of Sherman; her grandchildren, Robert Barringer (Rachel) of Boston, MA, Jan Barringer-Tenchipe (Alex) of Albuquerque, NM, Michael Barringer of Jamestown, Brian Barringer (Vee) of Hartfield, Todd Barringer (Laurie) of Clymer and Lori Wilson (Chris) of Jamestown; and her siblings, Patti Maluski (Ed), Louise Montgomery, John McDonald (Mary), Florence Barrett (Jeff) and Cecilia Docnovich. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
