He was predeceased by: his wife Vivian Anderson Stormer; his sons, William and Robert Stormer; and his siblings, Mary Smith, Robert Stormer and John Stormer, Jr..

He is survived by: his children, Charles Stormer, Jr. (Heather) of Sherman, NY, Russell Stormer (late Debra) of Randolph, NY, Elizabeth Stormer of Ashville, NY and Gretchen Stormer of Lakewood, NY; and his siblings, Shirley Boutelle of Busti and Donald Stormer of Lake Mary, FL.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many great grandchildren.
