She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Wharton and Frances Wharton; her husband James B. Schroeder; her sons, Scott Modlin and Jeffrey Schroeder; and her brothers, Terry and Michael Wharton.
She is survived by: her children, Geoffrey Modlin of Dallas, TX, Julie Currier (Brian) of Amherst, NY and James Schroeder, Jr. (Ann Marie) of Portland, NY.; her grandchildren, Isabel Currier, Jeffrey Schroeder and Morgan Schroeder; and her brothers, David, Bob, John, Steven, Tony Wharton of Bedford, Bedfordshire and England.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fredonia Memorial American Legion Post # 59 (156 E Main St, Fredonia, NY 14063).
