He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Zmuda; his children, Christine Seibert (Brian) of Cassadaga, N. Y., John Zmuda (Alicia) of Greenville, S. C. and Barbara Zmuda of Dunkirk, N. Y.; his stepchildren, James Jr. Rizzo (Jennifer) of Brocton, N. Y. and Shannon Navarro (Bill) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Ashley, Adam (Ashley), Alisa Seibert, Shaun Zmuda, Jessica, Hunter Rizzo and Zachary Navarro; his great grandchild Sophia Rizzo; and his sister Mary Kwietniewski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
