He was predeceased by: his children, Michael Lagoe, Martin Lagoe and Marge Phillips. He is survived by: his parents, Harold Lagoe and Mildred Thurow Lagoe; his wife Patricia; and his children, Mary Robinson (Robert), Meg McLaughlin (Michael) of Oswego, NY, Matthew Lagoe (Brenda) of Sherburne, NY and Miki Pacilio (David Gantt) of Sherburne, NY. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
