With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph L Wormuth (Sherburne, New York), who passed away on January 16, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Wormuth and Thelma Wormuth (Benniett); and his daughter Kathy Gallo. He is survived by: his wife Nellie Mae Wormuth (Hazen); his children, Sheila Wormuth (Randy Wilcox) and Tim Wormuth; his grandchildren, Donny, Melissa, Samantha, Randy Jr. Ralph, Ryan and Danielle; and his siblings, Bernard Wormuth (Roxi Mosses) and Nancy Costello.
