She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hovey and Mary Venetia Mealus Hovey; her spouse Clair B. McCarty; and her siblings, Dorothy Marsters, Mary Foster, Helen Laure, Louis, Victor and Donald Hovey.
She is survived by: her former husband Sheldon K. McNeil; her children, K. Terry of Sherburne, Bonnie McNeil of Sherburne and Ken Van Wagner of Sherburne; and her stepchildren, Steve, Barbara McCarty of Sherburne, Donald and Robin McCarty of Harbor Springs, MI. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
