He is survived by: his parent Minnie Chapman McWherter; his spouse Gloria Bacon; and his daughters, Linda Layton of Brooksville, FL and Barbara Cossette (James) of Sherburne. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
