He is survived by: his wife Carol Potter of Sherburne, NY; his children, Sarah Ouimette, Lisa Jones (Cornelius) of Livingston Manor, NY, Katherine Perry of Livingston Manor, NY, Desiree Milton of Keesville, NY, Elizabeth Acosta (David) of Livingston Manor, NY, Ronald Milton (Kathryn) and John Perry, Jr. of Livingston Manor, NY; and his siblings, Rosie, Lucy, Candy, Marvin "Bum" and Jimmy. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
