He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Collins and Georgia Edna Wilkinson Collins; his wife Alta Louise Ellis; his children, Paul Collins and Karin C. Jenne; and his siblings, George, Charles Collins, Kenneth, Leeiner, Wilma Collins and Anna Kingsbury.
He is survived by: his son David; his children-in-law, Janet Collins of Sherburne and Steve Jenne; his sister Eva Neal of Sherburne; his grandchildren, Danyel O'Farrell (Brody), Jay Collins of Norwich, Travis Collins and Cody Collins (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Brayden, Aislyn and Lorelai; and his parents-in-law, Carol, Eldaige St. Peter of Sherburne and Ken Ellis of Clark Mills.
