She was predeceased by: her son Robert Michael; and her sister Sally Robinson. She is survived by: her parents, Oscar Slade and Louise Spencer Slade; her spouse Robert "Duke" Duquette; her daughters, JoAnne York (Robert) of Sebastian, FL and Barbara "Bobbi" Ashton (Stephen) of Sherburne; and her grandchildren, Kimberly York Eke, Jared York and Erin Ashton.
