He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Hilsinger and Rosa Giaquinto Hilsinger; his wife Lucille Shawler; his children, Fred of Sherburne, Janice and Craig Powell of Cape Vincent, NY; his grandchildren, Melissa Powell of Florida, Jeremy, Kylie Powell of Watertown, Taylor and Cassandra Hilsinger of Chittenango; and his great grandchildren, Jenna, Anna Powell, Layla and Lacey Hilsinger.
