It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Dale (Sherburne, New York), who passed away on September 12, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Frair and Viola Whaley Frair; her husband William Alan Dale; her children, Cherry Lamb of Liverpool and Kerry Dale (Wendy) of Syracuse; her brothers, Charles Frair (Cynthia) of Sherburne and Frank Frair (Susie) of Sherburne; and her grandson Kristian Owens. She was also cherished by six grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
