He was predeceased by: his son Kurtis; his grandparents, Victor, Nina Mikalunas, Marie and Leon Llewellyn; and his uncles, Martin and Steven Mikalunas.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles A. Mikalunas and Laura D. Potvin Mikalunas; his significant other Bethany R. Baker; his father-in-law Robert Baker (Joyce Norris) of South Hamilton; his children, Amanda Mikalunas of Sherburne, Megan Mikalunas of North Norwich and Shania Mikalunas of Norwich; his stepchildren, Brittany, Nicholas Ayer of Cicero, Shannon Harvey of Otego and Curtis Harvey of Norwich; and his brothers, Gordon "Chip" Mikalunas of South Plymouth, Mac Mikalunas (Kerri) of North Norwich and Hec Mikalunas of Smyrna. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
