With solemn reverence, we commemorate Simone Adams of Setauket, New York, whose life came to an end on December 29, 2024 at the age of 92, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Zudeck and Sarah Zudeck (Auerbach); her husband John Adams; and her son John Miles Adams. She is survived by: her sister Alice Glazer of California; her children, Lisa (Walters), Jennifer (Falcone) and Greg; her grandchildren, Sara Fins (Walters), Rachel Riela (Walters), Olivia Adams, Kevin and Danielle Falcone; and her great grandchildren, Mia, Milo Fins, Aubrey, Charlotte, Vincent Riela and Yogi Falcone.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home (411 Old Town Rd, Setauket- East Setauket, NY 11733). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933). A reception was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
