She was predeceased by: her husband Dimitrios Kostakos; her siblings, George, Kaliopi, Anastasis, Antonia, Vrasithas, Panayiotis and Elleni; and her parents, Alexandra and Konstantine.

She is survived by: her children, Konstantina, Alexandra and Emanuel; her sons-in-law, Tony and William; her grandchildren, Nickolas, Georgia and Christina; and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Conner, Anthony, Thomas, Liam, Alexander, Charles and Emilia.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home (411 Old Town Rd, Setauket- East Setauket, NY 11733). A Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Greek Orthodox Church (430 Sheep Pasture Rd, Port Jefferson, NY 11777). A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the Cemetery of the Holy Rood (111 Old Country Rd, Westbury, NY 11590).
