She was predeceased by: her father Hugh B. McCool. She is survived by: her mother Joan B. McCool (Geoghan); her husband Pat Kelly; her sister Susan Facciola; her niece Annie Facciola; and her nephew Timmy Facciola.

One of Joanie's favorite charities was the Tunnel 2 Towers organization, where donations in her memory would be greatly appreciated.
