He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Miley and Dorothy Miley. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann; his daughters, Debbie (Patti), Pattie (George) and Kathie (Gary); his grandchildren, Dakota, Dallas and Dalton; his great grandchild Skyler; his brother Michael; his nephew Michael; and his nieces, Maureen and Melissa.
