He is survived by: his wife Mary Vreeland Parsons; his children, Debra Miller (Arthur), Ralph Parsons Jr., Pamela Melchior (Jeff) and Penny Ross (Jeff); his grandchildren, Kimberly Melo (Sal), Mathew Cartner, Carrie Mills (Andrew), Brett Parsons (Anna), Amanda Parsons (Kevin), Megan, Jeffrey Matty Jr. (Molly), Taylor Melchior (Justin), Jenna Melchior (Bo), Brandon Ross (Hannah) and Tyler Ross (Kyleigh); his great grandchildren, Jonathon, Christopher, Claire Emero, Thomas Melo, Oliver Parsons, Ava Ross and Amelia Trumble; and his nephews, Joseph Reilly (Barbara) and Donald Lowery. He is also survived by his family and friends.
