It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neal M. Champion in Seneca Hill, New York, born in Oswego, New York, who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Champion (Kline); his daughter Patricia Walker; his siblings, Norman, Charles, Francis, Nels Champion, Philena Robarge and Betty Farrar; and his sister-in-law Anita Broadwell.
He is survived by: his son Neal T. Champion (Mary Ann) of Cicero; his grandchildren, Amie Pellegrino (Greg) of Brockport, Matthew Champion (Angie) of Clay and Ashley Kelly (Jim) of Cicero; his great grandchildren, Joshua, Caleb, Ari Pellegrino, Brandon, Derek Champion, Nicholas, Zachary and Mackenzie Kelly; his sisters, Greta Noyes of Oswego and Jeanette France of Volney; and his brother-in-law Roger Broadwell of Dallas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He went peacefully in his sleep after visiting with all his grandchildren via FaceTime due to visitation restrictions imposed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
