Kelsey of Seneca Falls, New York, born in Geneva, New York, who passed away at the age of 46, on September 17, 2024. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Louis, Ann Rapa and Raymond Kelsey; his uncle John Kelsey; and his cousin Heather Gaglianese.

He is survived by: his parents, Charles Kelsey and Marie Kelsey (Rapa); his wife Sara (Luffman); his children, Mia and Leland; his brothers, Brian (Amy), Joe (Krista) and Kevin Kelsey (Vicky); his grandmother Alice Kelsey; his uncle Paul Kelsey; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Nancy Luffman. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Doran Funeral Home (4 E Bayard St, Seneca Falls, NY 13148). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
