Foster (Seneca Falls, New York), born in Lyons, New York, who passed away on November 20, 2018, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John W. Foster. She is survived by: her mother Florence B. Foster of Seneca Falls; her siblings, Carol L. Foster of Newport, Oregon and Jackson S. Foster of Pittsburg; and her nephews, Johnathan N. Dean and Matthew C. Dean.
