He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Fowler and Opal Fowler (Woodworth); his siblings, George, Harry, Jim, Oakley, Emma, Cady, Ruth, Mary and Florence; his stepdaughter Robin Copp; and his son Beverly Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife Louise; his sons, Robert Fowler (Tommy Talbot) and Timothy Fowler; his stepdaughters, Janet Librado, Melissa Reyes (Eddie) and Sherry Castillo; and his brother Charles Fowler. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
