He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Wormuth and Barbara Wormuth (Lloyd). He is survived by: his sons, Scott Wormuth (Rochester) and Jeffrey Wormuth (Franklin); his grandchildren, Ethan and Molly; his brothers, David Wormuth (Rochester) and Arthur Wormuth (Debbie); his niece Bernadette; and his cousins, Julia and Virginia.
