It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Putney of Seneca Falls, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on December 27, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George and Alice Gray (Dibble); her husband George M. Putney; and her grandson Jason Putney. She is survived by: her children, Gale Ludd, Valorie Annetta (Michael), Charles Putney (Patty), Janis Williams (Jeff) and Renee Caratozzolo (John). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
