She was predeceased by: her parent Silvio Galletti; her husband Francisco "Frank" Caraccilo; and her siblings, Armida Lippa, Adelma Giovanetti, Josephine Soricone, Rose Alvaro, Angelina "Bruna" Paulino and Fred Galletti.
She is survived by: her parent Emilia Galletti; her children, Steven Caraccilo (Jean) of Syracuse, NY, Francis Caraccilo (Gail), Kevin Caraccilo (Kitty) of Seneca Falls, NY, Karen Rose (Leonard) of North East, PA, Linda Zambanini (John) of Olean, NY, Marcia O'Donnell (Michael) of Canandaigua, NY, Mary Caraccilo-Murphy (Brian) of Wiliamsville, NY and Louise Macri (Thomas) of Canandaigua, NY; her grandchildren, Heather Rose, Joseph Rose, Julianne McCord (Neil), Kristy Kelley (Ted), Nicholas Caraccilo (Kristen), Jeffrey, Jordan, Brady Zambanini, Jadon, Ethan, Jillian O'Donnell, Charlotte Murphy, Matthew, Andrew and Michael Macri; her sister Evelyn Chiodo; and her siblings-in-law, Vincent Caraccilo (Jan), Gene Caraccilo, Robert Caraccilo (Marie), Ernest Peck and Kay Caraccilo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
