He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Churchill (Valerie) and Cathy Ardoline; his nieces, Mary Ardoline, Jessica Churchill, Jamie Lyon (Chris) and Jennifer Kalenian (John); his nephew Joshua Churchill (Ashley); and his uncle James "Jim" L. Clare. He is also survived by many cousins, grand nieces and nephews.
