He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. and Mildred Williams Sr. (Edwards); his daughter Dianna Kilpatrick-DiMaio; and his brothers, Raymond, Albert and Robert Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Arletta Moser Williams of Seneca Falls; his son James M. Williams III; his grandchildren, Bryan (Jen), Michael (Jen) and Caitlin Kilpatrick; his son-in-law Gilbert; his great grandchild Natalie; his siblings, Marilyn Gallagher, Sandra Overby (Billy) and Ronald Williams (Kay); and his sister-in-law Martha Williams. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
