He was predeceased by: his wife Marie J. McGillivary; and his brothers, Elliott, Bruce, Charles, Walter, Floyd and Archie Lowrey.
He is survived by: his parents, Archie H. Lowrey and Hazel P. Bump Lowrey; his sister-in-law Phyllis Lowrey of Geneva, NY; his nephew Jack Lowrey of Phelps, NY; and his great-nephew Christopher Brand (Tera) of Waterloo, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
