He is survived by: his wife Kathy Fitzpatrick; his children, Michele Fitzpatrick and Jack T Fitzpatrick (Trisha); his stepchildren, Pat LaBeouf and Beth Prayne (Bob); his grandchildren, Alexander Fitzpatrick and Cheyanne Fitzpatrick; his brother-in-law Theodore Smith; his nephew Ted Smith (Elizabeth); and his niece Nicole Bailey (Jeff). He is also survived by several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
