Rapalee Starkey of Waterloo, NY; her children, Jessica Wolcott (Michael) of Seneca Falls, NY, Heather Duncan of Seneca Falls, NY and Christopher Osterhout (Amanda) of Shortsville, NY; her grandchildren, Alyxander, Blake, Shia and Lucianna; and her siblings, David Starkey (Virginia) of Penn Yan, NY, Colleen Starkey of Seneca Falls, NY, Laurie Harris (Kevin) of Huntington, TN and Susan King (Paul) of Dundee, NY. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
