It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carole Angela Kemp of Seneca Falls, New York, who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Police Chief Anthony and Louise Casamassima (Terino); her mother-in-law Sharon Kemp; her brother-in-law Mark Rowland; and her friend Peggy Burroughs.
She is survived by: her husband William "Steve" Kemp; her children, Marcella "Marci" Kowalski and David Kowalski (Lora Jobe); her stepson Jeff Kemp; her grandson Stevie Kemp; and her siblings, Maribeth Rowland and T. J. Casamassima. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
