He is survived by: his child Burdette; his wife Pamela; his children, Cindy Tewksbury (Keith), Jennifer Teneyck (Wally), Michael Erb (Jamie Dugan) and Amanda Sachs (Tony Gibbs); and his sisters, Debbie Eddy (John) and Amy Shumway. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
