He was predeceased by: his parents, John Scialdone and Carmela Scialdone (Ciccarelli); and his siblings, Luisa Dirubo, Andy, Mario and Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Maria DiLillo; his children, John (Michele), Sam, Anthony (Donna), Michael, Carmela Kemak (Stephen) and Valentina Scialdone; his brothers, Armando and Fioravant (Susan); and his friend Neil Sassano. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
