He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo Costantino and Maria Costantino (D'Onofrio); his siblings, Chivita Costantino, Teresa Fiorucci (Levio), Salvatore, Gaetano (Constanza) and Onorato Costantino; and his aunt Assunta Torchinelli (Paul).
He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary of Patrick's Church; his children, Tonimarie Meeks (Reggie), Sabrinamarie Costantino (Gabriel Peralta) and Vincent Costantino (Nicole); his grandchildren, Giovanna (Dylan O'Brien), Sofia, Robert, Stella and Mila; his great grandchild Louie; his brother Leo Costantino (Kathy); and his sister-in-law Gina Costantino (Refini). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
