“To the family and especially to my dear friend Vivian my heart is so sad with the news of Bill passing on to where he can rest now and be at peace. My dear friend's were surely missed this past winter on not returning back down to their Florida Condo, I missed not trotting down to pop in and visit with them and also missed our Monday High Tide Harry's trip to our favorite restaurant. I myself was originally from upstate New York so we had common ground to talk about. He was a good friend.”
