He was predeceased by: his parent Donald Saunders. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Saunders (Riser); his wife Aafke A. Juckema-Saunders; his children, Nicole and Peter Kenny; his granddaughter Kairi Saunders; his sister Linda Wood; and his siblings-in-law, Anna Maria Juckema and John Juckema (Kathy Sweetland). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
