We bid farewell to Bruce S. Gordner of Seneca Castle, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 17, 2025 at the age of 86. Bruce touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gordner and Gertrude Adams Gordner; his daughter Monica Zaso; and his brothers, Raymond and David.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Gordner of Seneca Castle; his children, Russell "Rusty" Gordner (Fran) of Hemlock, NY, Ronald Gordner (Barbara) of San Antonio, TX and Barbara Reynolds (Eric) of China Grove, NC; his stepchildren, Philip Hemminger (Lori) of Black River, NY and Laurie Tornow (Kevin Scherbyn) of Phelps; his son-in-law Dennis Zaso of Phelps; and his brother John Gordner (Carol) of Seneca Castle. He is also survived by Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Buckhorn Sportsmans Club (326 Gifford Rd, Phelps, NY 14532).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in memory of Bruce may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
