He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilson R. Cutright and Sylvia Cutright; his son Kyle R. Cutright; his stepdaughter Jenna Cardin; his sister Pamela Otten (Donald); his niece Ashley Otten; and his brother Stephen Cutright. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A limited number of people will be allowed in the building at one time, masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
