He is survived by: his wife Dale Dechambo Clark; his stepsons, Perry Haight (Dawn) and William Farrell (Patricia Bagley); his granddaughter Addalynn Haight; his siblings, Jeffrey Clark and Melissa Clark; and his sisters-in-law, Donna and Melinda Dechambo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
