He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Weidman and Helen Weidman; his wife Edna Weidman; and his brothers, Virgil, Victor, Gerald, Waldorf and William Weidman.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Bender (John), James Jr., Craig Weidman and Suzanne Weidman (Steven Glastetter). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
