She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Tansey and Charles Tansey; and her brothers, Charles (Junior), James, Robert and Bob Duffy.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel; her children, Laureen Collier (Thomas), Brenda Ann Costello (Richard), Janine Murray (James), Pegeen Channell, Jennifer Medina (Martin) and Daniel Charles Maddock (Monica); and her grandchildren, Kaitlin, Lucy, Micaela, John, Jack, Marguerite and Hayden.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Whitting Funeral Home (300 Glen Cove Ave, Glen Head, NY 11545). A Mass was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Boniface Martyr Church (145 Glen Ave, Sea Cliff, NY 11579). A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the East Hillside Cemetery.
Died December 31, 2024, at 85, after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
