He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward R. Pepper and Ina Belle LaVere Pepper. He is survived by: his wife Rose M. Dunsmoor Pepper; his children, Debra Pepper of Scriba, Ward R. Pepper, Jr. (Cathy) of Scriba, Richard K. Pepper of Los Angeles and James Pepper (Michele) of Scriba; and his siblings, Ken Pepper (Barb) of Brewerton and Patricia Brockett of Williamstown. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
