He is survived by: his wife Darlene Lower of Scriba; his children, Shawn Lower (Joy) of Volney, Sarah Gilbank of Verona and Ryan Lower (Reika) of Japan; his sister Joyce Galletta (Paul) of Oswego; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Tyler and Christabella. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
