He is survived by: his wife Beverly Isbell; his children, Jeffery Isbell of Scriba, Shannon Flynn (Boc) of Volney and Kimberly Julian (Heath) of Scriba; and his siblings, Jean Max (Bob) of Florida and Lawrence Isbell (Janet) of Indiana. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
