He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy V. Smith and Mabel A. Smith (Holbrook); his son Gordon E. Smith; and his brother Duane R. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Leona Lou (Sherman); his children, Scott Smith (Melissa) and Joanne Littler; his grandchildren, Ryan Littler, Leanna Littler-Woolf (Bryan) and Trevor Littler (Brittany); and his brother Gene Smith (Dorothy).
