He is survived by: his children, Jason Rodriguez (Danita) of Chaumont, NY, Brian Rodriguez (Raelena), Mary Ann Wolter and James Wolter; and his sister Maria Maselko. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
