He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wallace and Ruth Wallace (Victory); and his sisters, Margaret Smith, Barbara Chatterton and Raejean Wallace.
He is survived by: his children, Lynne Wallace, Jeremy Wallace (Maureen), Angela Mills (Shawn) and Robert Holsinger II (Elizabeth); his siblings, Richard Wallace (Gloria), Doug Wallace (Connie) and Michelle Smith (Richard); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Taylor, Bailey, Anthony, Jack, Bryce and Bennett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in David's name to the Oswego Animal Shelter, 621 East Seneca Street.
